This year we are offering Table Top Displays to give your organization additional visibility and provide more networking opportunities. The Life Cycle Industry Days committee will assign the table spaces based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Be the first to take advantage of this new offer. Table Top displays will be located in Exhibit Hall 102 of the Dayton Convention Center. The floor plans can be viewed on the Dayton Convention Center website: www.daytonconventioncenter.com

8ft Table, covered and skirted
2 Chairs
1 Full Industry Days registation
1 Exhibit Staff badge

All displays and handout material are to be public releasable, as the displays are in an open area. The building provides in-house security, however, no dedicated event security will be provided. The building will be locked down at night, please take additional precaution and safe guard your valuables.

Should you find yourself in need of cancelling display space, you may cancel up to two weeks prior to the event (June 5, 2019) with a processing fee of $25.00. If cancelling after June 5, 2019 all fees are non-refundable.
