Information Regarding Registration/Attendance

  • Online registration will be discontinued at 12:00 PM EST on Friday, June 14, 2019. People wanting to register after this date must do so on-site at the Dayton Convention Center beginning on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 7:00 AM. Please review the Agenda for additional registration times.
  • The LCID Registration Desk will open on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 7:00 AM in Room 106. All attendees must first report to this room to pick up their badge and other Industry Days-related materials.

Payment Process

For your protection, credit card payments can not be taken over the phone. Credit card payments must be made through the attendee's log-in site.

All registration fees are payable to Universal Technology Corporation. Payment methods include the following:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Check - Must be made payable to: Universal Technology Corporation (Attn: LCID)

Payment Receipts

Receipt of payment will be disseminated electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of registration payment. If payment is made with a credit card at time of registration, you will get a receipt from authorize.net of approval, or notification of a decline. If payment is made by check, once received and processed you will receive a receipt confirmation electronically. To pay online after registering, go to your registration login provided on your formal confirmation email. Please Note: Electronic payment receipts may take up to 10 business days and, therefore, will not be sent with your registration confirmation.

Your Registration Confirmation

Online registrants will receive an electronic confirmation notice that the registration has been received. Please ensure that registration information contains a current email address to ensure proper receipt of all confirmations and updates regarding Industry Days.


Cancellations and No-Shows

In the event that that LCID would be cancelled, all registration fees would be refunded.

If you must cancel your registration, cancellations must be received in writing. Please make sure you indicate the meeting for which you are cancelling (Life Cycle Industry Days) and the full name and company of the attendee that is to be cancelled. Cancellation notices may be Cancellations will be assessed a processing fee of $25. However, substitutions may be made at any time without incurring a cancellation fee if the registration fee is transferred to the substituting party. The substituting attendee must also meet all registration requirements.
